Today’s ride home from work was perfect. I hit absolutely no traffic and it only took me 35 minutes. That definitely warrants a beer.

Drawing on historical methods, our increased focus on fermentation allows us to impart a sense of unique New England terroir into all of our beer. Our beer can be found in select bars and restaurants across the country.”
Random: Why won’t Mystic distribute here?
The beer poured with a huge, four finger, white head. it dissipated slowly and left a lot of lacing on the glass. The body was a hazy, lemon-yellow color with moderate carbonation. The nose reminded me of a sour lemon cleaner with a lot of yeast and lemon rind. I didn’t pick up much else. The taste was a bit more balanced. It had decent tartness with white vinegar and then a sweet and sour note with lemon candy. There was some bready yeast, but no spice came along with it. It had a grassy and hoppy note at the end. The body was thin and watery with moderate carbonation. It had a lengthy finish with white vinegar. I don’t remember if I got this beer myself or if it was a gift, but it was a nice table beer, especially with the low ABV. I think I would have enjoyed this better if it was paired with food.
