Today’s beer is another beer from Pipeworks. Let’s see how it was.
Style: American Pale Ale

The Dojo, our Bottle Shop, is located within our production facility at 3912 W Mclean Ave in Chicago. Pipeworks is located at 3912 W. McLean Ave Chicago IL 60647”
Random: This beer uses Mosaic hops.
The beer poured with a two finger, white head that was very thick. It dissipated quickly and left a lot of lacing on the glass. The body was a slightly hazy and bright yellow color. There was moderate carbonation visible. The nose had some citrus. I specifically picked up oranges, tangerines and some tangelo. The taste was very much like the nose. It started with the same citrus (tangerines and oranges) but was quickly paired with biscuit malt. The body was on the lighter side with lots of carbonation. The finish was quick with citrus. A pounder can was $2.75, which came to $.17 per ounce. I thought this was a solid beer that I would definitely search out again.
